The firm selects the instruments, handles settlement, and keeps the records.
FIGS members are long-term holders. They are not traders, and the firm does not serve them as one.
Membership assumes a household that can hold an instrument to maturity, and that qualifies as an accredited investor under the rules of its own jurisdiction.
FIGS does not accept applications. There is no waiting list.
Access begins with an invitation from an existing member. Each member holds a code, and each code admits a limited number of people.
Membership is not applied for. It is vouched for.
